At StunningWedding.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your dress, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must include the original packaging and any accessories (e.g., belts, veils).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your StunningWedding.com account and request a return.
  2. Pack the dress securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the return using a tracked delivery service (we recommend insured post).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
